剧情简介

改編自喜国雅彦的同名漫畫。 以黃色NETA爲主要内容的搞笑動畫，每話由不同主題的3個左右的獨立短片組成。共兩季，均於1999年在TBS電視臺播放。第一季播放於動畫欄目《ワンダフル》。 動畫中也包含喜国雅彦的另一作品《傷だらけの天使たち》的NETA。。Mr. North, a stranger to a small, but wealthy, Rhode Island town, quickly has rumors started about him that he has the power to heal people's ailments. The rumors are magnified by his tendency to collect negative charges and give shocks to anyone he touches. In his adventures he befriends an old man who is a shut-in and helps him rediscover the world.。龙宇阳从小在山中修炼恰逢女战神唐凤琳想拜其师古青上仙为师。因为误会唐凤琳把龙宇阳当成了变态。二人交手后唐凤琳误会眼前的龙宇阳正是古青上仙。唐凤琳求拜师，龙宇阳拒绝，将唐风琳遣走。龙宇阳屡次修行，都会吐血。师父道出真相龙宇阳曾被灭门。。
