剧情简介
Scrublands 的故事发生在一个偏僻的乡村小镇里弗森德（Riversend），无休止的干旱让这个小镇陷入一片死寂。在那里，一位充满魅力、兢兢业业的年轻牧师冷静地向他的教众开枪，打死了五名教众。一年后，调查记者马丁-斯卡斯登（Martin Scarsden）来到这里，为悲剧周年纪念撰写一篇简单的专题报道，但当他凭直觉挖掘出表面之下的真相时，之前被接受的叙述开始分崩离析，他发现自己陷入了一场揭开真相的生死竞赛中。。Joe Bell is a penny-pinching hermit saving for the day when his real life will begin.
