剧情简介
唔少人旅行以效率為先，搭火車、巴士、自駕；盡量節省時間，但追趕中亦會錯過咗唔少風光。喺運動旅遊越嚟越普及嘅年代，有人開始用雙腳徒步，甚至跑步去旅行。一邊做運動一邊遊歷，自己控制節奏，慢跑旅遊。。当知道自己患上肌肉萎缩症后，干刑警的骨子（廖凡 饰） 毅然选择了辞职，这让队长（张海 饰）和队员们颇感意外。一件偶发的用气枪射击女人胸部的案件，让骨子重新回归到他心爱的刑侦工作中。他带着雷晓宇（李晨 饰）在赵阿姨（徐秀琳 饰）家租房侦察，得知她有一双儿女。刘的女儿马婧（彭婧 饰）引起骨子怀疑，她在深夜频繁出入夜总会，此时，常年浪迹在外的儿子（小崽儿 饰）回家偷钱，被骨子发现后轰走。赵阿姨受剌激发病入院，骨子这时知道马婧到那种地方打工是为母亲筹钱治病，不由心存敬意。鉴于罪犯变态心理，骨子让雷晓宇男扮女装引“狼”出现......。It’s the start of the spring term in a small northern town, heralding swimming lessons, hanging out with best friends, new classes and new possibilities.
