Afghanistan 2014. Then one September night, soldiers in the valley mysteriousl...。越南籍青年阿龙、阿富、阿贵三人在陈老板的潜水公司工作，阿富和阿贵得知有人走私外汇想撬走私货捞上一笔，谁知截到的却是国际犯罪集团从水路走私的干扰飞弹发射系统装置，他二人不识货，贱价买给专收贼赃的比利，结果引来犯罪集团的追杀，三人不但丧命，还累及陈老板。阿龙为替他们报仇，在其主脑王军举办晚会时，利用警方的围剿将王军击毙。但阿龙的女友落在了对方的手上……。影片讲述了二十世纪八十年代，内蒙古老牛堡村村民翻修房屋时发现一枚印章。大学生柱子携带印章前往县委途中，偶遇从台湾归来的郑大山，郑大山的回忆揭开了抗战时期袁晨光等地下党员为保护该印章与日军斗争牺牲的往事。。
