本剧以流传在东京23个区的各种都市传说为主题的恐怖故事为主题，仓科加奈、安达祐实、樱庭奈奈美、坛蜜、中山美穗、岛崎遥香作为六个故事的主人公登场。小潜艇寻找神秘海怪，进入海底深渊两万里探险旅程。世界各大洋接连出现神秘海怪，引发恐慌传言，海洋面临灾难。各国潜艇前往追踪海怪，科研潜艇阿力侦测到奇怪信号，深入海底秘境，却发现传说中能将海水转化成动力的“鹦鹉螺号”潜艇。为了解开这些谜团，阿力和伙伴们开始了海底两万里的漫游探险。。After decades of conspiracy theories and shrouding secrecy, the CIA finally acknowledged the existence of Area 51.
