哈里和阿切30年前因抢劫火车未遂而被捕入狱，在监狱里呆了大半辈子出狱后，因不适应变化太大的社会而不得不重操旧业，两个年近70的老家伙打算趁30年前失手的那次行动的火车进行最后一次运行的时候再度打劫火车……。A film version of a play Fassbinder directed in Hamburg, Clare Booth Luce's "The Women". It gave Fassbinder an opportunity to indulge his passion for working with women - there are forty women in the play and no men.
