The Cold War has ended, and the Russian government has decided get rid of a deadly bioweapon sample by returning it to the United States, from whom it had been stolen. Officer Hendricks has been assigned to pick up the virus sample and escort it back to America via submarine. Along the way, however, a gang of terrorists hijack the sub in an attempt to launch a bioweapon attack ...。酒祖杜康的后人杜皮，惨淡经营一间小酒吧，酒吧的调酒师贺童本是竹林七贤之一的刘伶转世，专为盗杜康酒的配方而来。杜皮手中有一张祖传的杜康画像，地仙杜子春透露，杜康酒配方和酿造方法就隐藏在这张杜康画像中。机缘巧合之下，杜皮和贺童发现，这张杜康画像竟然有穿梭时空的神奇功能。于是，以杜康画像为媒介，同时，也为了寻找杜康酒的配方和酿造方法，贺童带着杜皮以及三个酒吧里的女招待一起穿古越今，和中国历史上的诸多名人纷纷邂逅，一段段奇幻的经历也就此展开。。
