とある秋の日、キャンプに出かけて行ったすみっコたち。空を見上げると、いつもより大きく青く輝く月が。 「５年に１度おとずれる、青い大満月の夜。 魔法使いたちが町にやってきて、夢を叶えてくれる」 伝説のとおり、すみっコたちの町に魔法使いの5人きょうだいが舞い下りてきた！ 公園、スーパーマーケット、森の中。 次々と魔法がかけられ、キラキラに彩られた町はまるでパーティー会場のよう。 やがて楽しい夜に終わりが近づき、月へ帰っていく魔法使いたち。 そこにはなぜか…たぴおかの姿が!?すえっコの“ふぁいぶ”と間違えて連れていかれてしまって…？。This is a story about people in love with cinema, and a country going through its most difficult times.
