剧情简介
Astronomers spot anomaly headed for the earths solar system. The wealthy elite keeps the destruction of the human race secret so they can prepare to only save themselves. After the disaster comes to past what is left of the human species tirelessly attempt to survive their interstellar lives in an unstable mothership.。鲁道夫（奥马尔·沙里夫 Omar Sharif 饰）是一位身份尊贵的王子，生活在父亲约瑟夫一世（詹姆斯·梅森 James Mason 饰）独断专横的统治之下，在父亲的逼迫之中，他甚至娶了自己根本不爱，但是门当户对的女人为妻。 为了排遣心中的愤懑，鲁道夫微服出访子集市里溜达，就此邂逅了名为玛丽（凯瑟琳·德纳芙 Catherine Deneuve 饰）美丽少女。玛丽的一颦一笑都深深的打动着鲁道夫的心，他第一次体会到爱情的滋味。鲁道夫想尽了方法要迎娶玛丽，可是无济于事。于是，鲁道夫决定和玛丽私奔，两人躲进了位于森林深处的猎人小屋里，他们约定一起度过一个甜蜜的夜晚，然后在第二天的朝阳之中双双殉情。。
