This singular contribution to the post-apocalyptic sci-fi genre tells of a humanity in crisis, while at the same time ...。最強の雀士は誰だ! ! 陰謀渦巻く決死の大舞台が今ここに花開く!桜輪会の「代打ち」として、裏レート麻雀の世界で数々の死闘を繰り広げてきた天才少年雀士のケイ(前田公輝)。その冷徹な判断力と非情なまでの打牌から、通称「氷のケイ」として、その名は広く裏社会に轟くようになっていた。そんな中、ケイは桜輪会幹部の高津(本宮泰風)の紹介により、麻雀日本一を決する大会「全日本竜凰位トーナメント」への出場を決める。名実共に最強の雀士になることを目指し、堂島(市瀬秀和)、畑山(小手山雅)ら、全国から集った歴戦の猛者たちと死闘を繰り広げていくケイだったが、やがてケイの前には「伝説の雀士」こと大辻(漆崎敬介)が立ちはだかろうとしていた。。
