由山东电影制片厂、北京时代今典传媒有限公司、山东广播电视局青岛影视基地联合出品的电影《海之梦》是以申办奥运会帆船比赛为背景创作的一部故事片，该片将镜头聚焦七年前申奥的特殊瞬间，讲述几个不同经历的普通市民因为参与申奥让自己的人生更加精彩的故事，展现了帆船运动的独特魅力，从一个侧面诠释了“重在参与”的奥林匹克精神，以及一个城市为庄严承诺开始的长达七年的努力。。Scott and Squires’ documentary follows the doctors, nurses and volunteers who work in war-torn areas of the world for Italian NGO Emergency.
