Humor becomes a life strategy for a small family during the rise and fall of the “Swedish Middle W...。周亚当（吴大维 饰）是时代品味杂志社的一名编辑，初来乍到的他发现整个杂志社里的气氛十分的低迷，关注的社会焦点粗俗不堪，信息获取的渠道又十分的落后，整个团队也毫无默契可言，导致杂志的销量一期不如一期，周亚当决定要好好的整顿整顿杂志社里的风气。 总编派屈克是一个花花公子，整天就把心思放在女人身上，对杂志社的业务不闻不问。主编王大韶就是一个彻头彻尾的居委会大妈，脑袋里没有一点新新思想，整个人都非常的落后和古板。女记者小芳虽然在外上班，但最大的理想其实是辞职吊一个金龟婿。行政助理陈美金对自己非常的不自信，整天就想着怎么省钱。。
