《男人之苦》第10集，寅次郎（渥美清飾）鳥倦歸巢，返回柴又老家，卻發現家裡來了個不速之客──大學教授岡倉（米倉齊加年飾）。寅正怒著離家之際，童年知己千代（八千草薰飾）竟突然到訪。兩人由兒時趣事談起，感情突飛猛進，但原來同時間，岡倉教授亦對千代暗生情愫。初次面臨三角戀危機的寅，究竟如何進退？今集還有巨星田中絹代客串演出。 The tenth instalment in the Tora-san series. Tora-san comes back to his old home in Shibamata. His university professor Mr Okakura (Masakane Yonekura) suddenly arrives at his home which makes Tora-san so angry that he plans to leave home. However, his old friend Chiyo (Kaoru Yachigusa) comes to visit him. The two of them begins to reminisce about old times, and has developed a kind of bonding between them. At the same time, Mr Okakura has become attracted to Chiyo, which makes this the first ever love triangle for Tora-san. Superstar Kinuyo Tanaka has a special appearance in this film.。鸦片战争后，帝国主义对中国进一步侵略，清政府媚外欺内，民不聊生。1853年，小刀会领袖刘丽川、潘启祥、周秀英等人秘密集会，策划起义。这时，潘启祥因见清官杀害无辜百姓，怒抱不平，但寡不敌众，被清兵抓走。刘丽川、周秀英为救潘启祥，加速起义准备。上海道台吴健彰为镇压百姓的反抗，将潘启祥判处死刑。处刑之日，刘丽川、周秀英等人乔装打扮，混入刑场，在潘启祥即将被问斩时，起义开始。小刀会救走潘启祥，杀退了清兵...。
