Our planet is surrounded by hundreds of millions of pieces of junk moving at 17,000 miles...。剧集讲述了事业型女人黄智安(金宣儿)，与高中毕业后从做假鞋的小贩成长为专业皮鞋设计师的朴泰江(李章宇)以及虽然曾是独身主义的妇产科医生，但遇到智安后却开始憧憬结婚的赵恩成(朴建衡)三人之间错综复杂的浪漫爱情故事。 此剧打破了30多岁女人在人生最低谷时遇到白马王子，从此幸福美满的韩剧一贯模式。朴建衡在此剧中扮演十分成功的妇产科医生赵恩成一角。赵恩成的家族成员都是医生，他也在家族成员们的压力下不得不选择了医科，不过比起那些只会给病人传达不幸消息的科室来说，他选择了可以给人们传达幸福消息的妇产科。。
