洞穴小镇的厨师娜塔莉成为她陷入困境的侄女萨布丽娜的监护人。娜塔莉的双胞胎西莉亚在与前夫翻修一家历史悠久的旅馆时去世。萨布丽娜搬进旅馆，开始听到奇怪的声音。。In order to escape from her former lover Marc, Sylvia goes to Brazil where Dr. Santamo transforms her into the beautiful Emmanuelle. With this new identity comes a sexual awakening which is complicated by her memories of Marc.
