“名侦探柯南系列”第23部动画剧场版，票房和口碑也屡破纪录。作为平成年代最后一部柯南电影，首次将案件发生地设立在海外，基德时隔四年后再度回归，与柯南合体展开行动。 故事围绕着19世纪末与海盗船一同沉入海底、世界上最大的蓝宝石“绀青之拳”展开。。极度搞笑的一部片子，讲述“不幸”的少女菜菜子从小被无良父母抵押给拜综合医院的院长拜狂儿医生做试验品抵债，一方面要做女佣兼护士，另一方面还要被医生威胁拿来做人体试验……偏偏菜菜子做事又是很脱线，好像什么事情到她手里都能搞砸，加上医院另外五个奇奇怪怪的医生，演出了一幕幕爆笑的故事。。A City based thriller that travels on the Hyperlink plot connecting the four youngsters from the different walks of lives.
