故事讲述了警官陈茜，接到一起女性失踪事件的报案，经过与失踪人韩晓婷周边同事和朋友的接触，一桩十年前发生的校园欺凌案件逐渐浮出水面。十年前的一所高中里，发生在韩晓婷，刘涛，张蓓蕾等人之间的故事，友情与爱情，背叛与旁观，侮辱与损害……在韩晓婷心中留下了深深的阴影。十年后，故事中的主人公因工作关系重新被命运捏合在一起韩晓婷展开了复仇计划……。这部「妄想学生会」将依然以男生28人、女生524人的樱才学园学生会作为故事主要的舞台，依然将以糟糕NETA乱飞的风格呈献给各位观众。 出演这次OAD的STAFF、CAST依然和TV保持一致。。Like every year, Jim, Ray, Brad and Paul leave the town for a week to go hunting in the woods.
