The Red Pill explores today's gender war and asks the question "what is the future of gender equality?"。讲述失去视力喜欢照相的柳赞（李柱昇饰）与跟随母亲来到庆州的素罗（罗海灵饰），两人在照相馆偶然相遇，在照相的过程中停止时间进而发生的爱情故事。
